'Fallout 4 Nuka World' DLC release date: 'Nuka World' post-apocalyptic theme park to arrive by August for US$19.99

Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC is scheduled to arrive by August. Bethesda

"Nuka World" is the third post-launch DLC (downloadable content) for "Fallout 4." It is scheduled to be released sometime in August for US$19.99.

"Nuka World" is set on an amusement park that is now inhabited by Raiders, which the players will be turning into once it is released. The once fun and entertaining area is now an open wasteland and is subdivided into zones, Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom and the Galactic Zone.Players can then expect new quest, Raiders, weapons, creatures and several more items.

Bethesday, the game developer and publisher, announced three post-launch DLC at the recently concluded Electronic Entertainment Expo, E3, 2016, that happened last week. This month the company has already released "Contraptions Workshop," the first DLC, last June 21. It is available for US$4.99. By July, the "Vault-Tech Workshop" will arrive for US$4.99, and by August, "Nuka World" for US$9.99.

Eagle-eyed fans were also able to recognize a similarity between the amusement park of the game and Hershey Park, located in Pennsylvania, though the company has confirmed the rumor, Gottabemobile reported .

Additionally, the report also mentioned that several gamers are seeing the "Nuka World" DLC on their menu as available, making them believe that the add-on is ready to download and be played. However, this is just a glitch and the company has settled the issue with its "Fallout 4' 1.5.4 update, where it says "The Add Ons menu is erroneously displaying Vault Tec Workshop and Nuka-World as Available." The update was released a few days ago.

The company also mentioned that each expansion pack will have a Beta-test period on all platforms, before it is officially released, just to make sure that everything will run smoothly. Lucky participants will receive additional information in the coming weeks.

Season Pass holders will receive the last three add-on for the game with no extra charge, as it is part of the package. Gamers who are planning to get one for themselves can still grab it for US$50, valued for US$70 worth of content.

"Fallout 4" is available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
