Merged Zamasu will not be looking so strong come "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 when he sees what becomes of his war-worn but determined opponents.

Ever since Goku Black and Zamasu fused, fans have been waiting for Goku and Vegeta to do the same and it looks like the next episode, "Showdown! The Unyielding Warriors' Miraculous Power," will see them do just that.

Vegito is, of course, the fusion of Goku and Vegeta with the use of the Potara earrings. The trailer for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 teases his arrival.

The promo teases Goku's newfound confidence knowing that their attacks actually have an effect on the seemingly unfazed Merged Zamasu.

It has been a while since Goku and Vegeta fused to become Vegito. Knowing how strong the respective Saiyans has grown since then, fans can expect a much more powerful version of the character in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66.

It is expected that Vegito will match the immense power of the opponent, giving the heroes better odds to defeat Zamasu and stop him for good.

Furthermore, the "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 promo shows that Vegito will tap into his Super Saiyan Blue form, summoning a greater amount of strength.

Vegito in his base form is already a force to be reckoned with, but in his top Saiyan form, he should give Merged Zamasu a run for his money.

The synopsis for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 as per trusted "Dragon Ball" tipster Todd Blankenship aka Hersm98 reads: "After his ring of light is broken by Goku's life-risking attack, something strange happens to Merged Zamasu."

This suggests that Merged Zamasu will be on the losing side of the battle in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 for once. Whether or not Vegito's appearance will do the trick remains to be seen for now.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 66, "Showdown! The Unyielding Warriors' Miraculous Power," airs on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 9 a.m. JST on Fuji TV.
