It looks like Marvel and Netflix are ready to finally bring an iconic comic book villain to Hell's Kitchen for "Daredevil" season 3, which won't premiere until 2018.

According to Bleeding Cool, Marvel has unveiled three new comic book spinoffs centered on Elektra, Kingpin, and Bullseye — all of which set to begin in February 2017.

Nerdist points out that these releases give fans a peek at the plans for "Daredevil" season 3 and that these characters will take part in the new season.

Elektra, who is played by Elodie Yung in the Netflix hit, is expected to be an integral part of "Daredevil" season 3 as she is rumored to be resurrected only to serve the baddies now.

It will not be a shock at all to bring Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio) back in "Daredevil" season 3. Although D'Onofrio himself kept his cards close to his chest about the character's return, he did say that the show has not seen the end of Wilson Fisk.

The most exciting and most intriguing of all has to be the Bullseye spinoff series and the reason Marvel is also doing a new comic line centered on the ruthless marksman.

The villain has not appeared on the show, but the fact that he will be in a spinoff comic series suggests "Daredevil" season 3 will finally see his arrival.

Nerdist believes that Marvel is setting up his debut in the series through the new comic as it will be odd if they put the spotlight on the character in the medium if they had no other plans for the character.

Fans have always hoped that Bullseye will be in "Daredevil." After all, he is one of the most popular enemies of the Man Without Fear (Charlie Cox).

Prior to the "Daredevil" season 3 renewal, Cox said that he would like to see Bullseye before the show comes to an end. "I can't imagine doing a run of Daredevil where Bullseye doesn't show up at some point," Cox told Screen Rant.

"Who would play that part I have no idea but I just think there's such an interesting, rich character there, and also, of course, the history that Bullseye has with Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) is an interesting dynamic," he went on to say.

"Daredevil" season 3 will premiere in 2018 on Netflix.
