"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is poised to be the best game release this year. A week before its release, game studio CD Projekt RED showed off Geralt of Rivia's adventure in all its glory on the Xbox One.

"The video you're now watching is grabbed directly from an Xbox One console. We've been working to give gamers an even better experience on Xbox One and, on day 1, we'll bring you dynamic scaling from 900p to 1080p," CD Projekt RED said in a statement.

"We're not much more than a week before launch, but we're still fighting for every line of code — we want gamers to get the best possible experience we can deliver," the developer reiterated, expressing its eagerness to correct the error in a trailer for the game where the PC footage was mistaken for that of the Xbox One.

Meanwhile, Community Manager Marcin Momot assured players using the PS4 console who are worried about the reported unstable frame rate of the game that they are working on eliminating the issue.

"Yes. We've already addressed this issue," Momot told his followers on Twitter. "Framerate will be better once we official launch the game."

Just recently, a gameplay footage leaked on Twitch from a physical copy of the title allegedly sold in the United Arab Emirates earlier than schedule. Twitch banned the streaming of the game before its launch following the massive leak, with the company imposing consequences to those who refuse to comply.

The wait will soon be over as "The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt" will finally be out on May 19 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
