Season 3 of History's "Vikings" left fans wanting for more and finally their plea has been heard. History now has the schedule and episode order for "Vikings" season 4.

The news, announced on Dec. 17, mentioned that "Vikings" season 4 will return with new episodes starting on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at 10 p.m. EST. What's more interesting is that the show will bring more episodes, a total of 20 from the initial 16.

For the first ten weeks, fans will get to see new stories every Thursday, but the schedule for the remaining episodes will be announced later on.

"Vikings" will continue the story of Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) as he deals with the threats to the relationship he has with his brother, Rollo (Clive Standen), as well as his best friend, Floki (Gustaf Skarsgård).

Series creator Michael Hirst recently shared a teaser image of the show, dropping some hints on what season 5 could bring to the table.

Resembling The Last Supper painting, the photo featured Ragnar and his family and some of the people who betrayed him.

His oldest son, Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) was behind him as if leaning to whisper something to him. According to Entertainment Weekly, this could suggest that he is whispering the identity of the person who's going to betray his father next.

Bjorn was not seated in the image, which is suggestive that he may not be considered as a successor, the news outlet continued.

Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) was also spotted in the picture surrounded by the three men in her life: her ex-husband (also the king), her son, and her current lover.

If the image is any indication, "Vikings" season 4 is expected to bring more twists to Ragnar's life and it remains to be seen who will betray him next.

Meanwhile, season 4 will introduce Peter Franzén as King Harold Finehair; Jasper Pääkkönen as Halfdan the Black; and Dianne Doan as Yidu.
