Verizon Black Friday deals: Company to offer hundreds of dollars in discounts on items such as Galaxy S7, iPad Mini 2?

Black Friday is right around the corner, with another week to go before retailers launch their limited deals and discounts. Verizon will be offering Black Friday deals as well, and new leaks suggest that these include a discount of $300 for the iPad Mini 2 and more.

According to Mobi Picker, Verizon will indeed be offering the iPad Mini 2 at a $300 discount, which means the tablet is going to be offered at just $99. The report also states that consumers will get a $250 discount on the iPad Pro if they also purchase a new iPhone. With this deal, a 9.7-inch iPad Pro could be purchased for $479.99.

The report also states that several phones such as the Google Pixel, Motorola Moto Z Droid, and the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be offered at just $10 a month for a 2-year plan. The Galaxy S7's standard price is at $672 but with this special deal it's final price tag would drop by $432, settling in at $240 in two years.

Game N Guide reports that there are also other deals going to be offered by Verizon such as a Fitbit Charge 2 at just $129.99, giving it a $200 discount. The Asus Zenpad Z10 is also stated to get a discount for a 2-year installment plan and headphones are going to be sold at just $200 on Verizon's retail site.

However, given that Verizon has not yet announced their full lineup of discounts and deals, the information should still be taken with a grain of salt. Verizon is known for announcing their Black Friday deals very late, and it is possible that the company is not going to announce this year's deals until Thanksgiving evening.

This would be contrary to some companies such as T-Mobile, Amazon and Best Buy which are currently offering early discounts and deals a full week before Black Friday arrives. These companies still have better deals that are not going to launch until Black Friday itself.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
