'The Young and the Restless' spoilers: Phyllis leaves the hospital, Mariah tells Victor Sharon's secret

It's going to be an exciting week on "The Young and the Restless." There are so many things going on that it's hard for fans to catch up if they miss an episode... so they shouldn't. Here are the spoilers for "Y&R" from Sept. 22 to 26:

Phyllis escapes

Phyllis Newman has woken up from her coma, but she's not really out of danger yet. Victor is trying to squeeze out Sharon's secret from her. This week, Phyllis will escape the clinic and will hitch-hike for a ride on the highway. The doctors and nurses will search high and low for Phyllis. But when Summer calls to see how Phyllis is doing, the staff at the medical clinic lie and say that she's okay.

Mariah spills secret to Victor

Victor doesn't need Phyllis to tell her Sharon's secret, because Sharon's own daughter will. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Mariah will visit Victor and will reveal Sharon's secret in exchange for something — money for leaving Genoa City permanently.

Mariah is one smart cookie because she tells Victor a different secret. She tells Victor that she overheard Sharon talking while sleeping. And she says that it was Faith's paternity test that was tampered with, not Summer's.

Nikki caught drinking

Nikki has been drinking for weeks now and she manages not to let anyone know that she's fallen off the wagon. However, this week, Paul will catch her drinking.

Paul's investigation

Last week, Paul brought in Dylan for questioning about Ian's disappearance and murder. But this week, Paul will cover for Dylan, whose shoes were covered in mud. Further, Paul will use his time this week to track down a phone number.

Other spoilers:

Hilary will try to run away and leave Genoa City, hoping that she would get out of her love triangle with Neil and Devon. Additionally, Jack and Kelly's relationship starts to get intense.
