A few days before Christmas, Ravi (Abhi Sinha) will have his heart broken on the Dec. 19 episode of "The Young and the Restless."

The past weeks have been good for Ravi and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) after sharing a number of intimate moments together. Ravi is convinced they have a good thing going on.

With so much happening in the company since Jack (Peter Bergman) stepped down to take care of Dina (Marla Adams), Ashley has been terribly busy. And with the holidays just around the corner, Ravi wanted to pamper her with a romantic evening.

While laying out his plan for the night, Ashley breaks the bad news -- she is not just that into him. Suddenly, Genoa City's top tech geek is looking into a broken-hearted Christmas.

Ashley, on the other hand, has more important things in mind. She and Jack (Peter Bergman) are intent on moving on with their separate campaigns and are going around town to talk to each board member, ultimately to decide who gets full control of the company.

First stop is Billy (Jason Thompson), whom Jack will remind owes him big time. Billy does not want to rock the boat, considering that the company is in a good place with Jack in the head. But Ashley has a tempting pitch, and there is a slim chance she could still convince Bill to vote Jack out.

Jack will offer Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) a board member position so she could vote for him, as he also tries to secure Abby's (Melissa Ordway) support. But Ashley is not far behind, proposing appealing offers that will make the girls think twice.

Both parties will present both of their speeches before voting begins.

Find out how that turns out as "The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays, 12:30 p.m., with a replay on 7 p.m. EDT, on CBS.
