'Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 7 spoilers: Kandi and Todd's marriage counseling

The rage in "Real Housewives of Atlanta" does not seem to die down. The last episode was particularly strident. After Cynthia and Kenya brazened out on Phaedra about her alleged affair with a man from Africa known only as Mr. Chocolate, everyone's temper caught fire.

All that happened while Phaedra was priming herself and her son to face life after the incarceration of her husband Apollo. Kenya was the one impacted the most by the issue as she herself was previously accused by Phaedra (and even called nasty names) for the same thing. And the whole confrontation had to happen over dinner, too.

The sound of the next episode is not likely to show even the slightest signs of a brighter day for the housewives. Titled "Southern Discomfort," the group continues to disconnect and divide and, as they get themselves farther apart from each other, Kandi feels the most torment among them. Her issues with Todd do not make it easy for her.

While the episode is sure to show off its staple hullabaloo moments, "Southern Discomfort" also follows how Kandi deals with her ever-growing tribulations. She is trying to manage everything and in order to do that, she finds it best to talk to a professional for help. When Kandi first suggested the idea of marriage counseling to her husband, Todd was knocked for six. Despite that, it seems like the only way to go to save their relationship. So in the forthcoming episode, the couple will be seen heading to a marriage counseling to sort out their problems.

As if all that is not enough, Kandi also has to deal with a rift with a close friend. But if the synopsis refers to that as a "shattered" relationship, then Kandi will have NeNe's back.

Episode 16 of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" titled "Southern Discomfort" will be aired on March 8 on Bravo.
