Taylor Swift and Katy Perry feud: Did Swift take a jab at Perry during concert?

Her Twitter feud with Nicki Minaj may be over, but Taylor Swift's feud with Katy Perry looks to be still going on as her performance in Massachusetts for her "1989" tour appeared to be taking a jab at the "Firework" hitmaker. 

On Sunday, July 26, Swift performed her hit "Bad Blood" in Foxborough, Massachussetts, and while singing the song —which is reportedly about Perry — one of her backup dancers held up a shark puppet, and the stunt made Swift laugh. 

Many audience members interpreted the moment as a swipe against Perry, who famously performed at the 2015 Super Bowl halftime show with two dancers dressed in shark costumes. However, Swift's fans were quick to shoot down that theory because apparently, during that moment in every show, the shark's appearance was part of a nightly prank from the singer's dancers. Swift was reportedly expecting the prank, which is why she was seen turning toward the glass when the shark puppet appeared. 

Twitter user @Swifty448 wrote, "Ugh media why are you posting about the shark? It was a prank! There was a lobster show 1 and a shark show 2!" 

The shark puppet's appearance came days after Swift ended her Twitter feud with Minaj after apologizing to her on the micro blogging site and calling her on the phone to apologize again. Swift and Minaj exchanged messages regarding the MTV Video Music Awards nominations, wherein the rapper expressed her frustrations after being snubbed for the Video of the Year category. 

During the highly publicized social media feud, Perry tweeted her own opinion about the matter, which fans took as a thinly-veiled attack on Swift. 

"Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of women," Perry wrote.

Swift did not comment on Perry's tweet.
