"Street Fighter V" is about to wrap up season 2 by adding the final downloadable content (DLC) character to join the current roster of playable fighters. Capcom will be introducing Zeku, who might be familiar to fans who have known the fighting game series' mythos since the beginning.

As reported by WCCFTech, Zeku first appeared in "Sreet Fighter Alpha 2." Although, the character's participation in the game was only minor. However, his comeback in the series via "Street Fighter V" will finally reveal Zeku's skills and background story as a playable character.

According to Capcom, Zeku served as Guy's mentor, teaching the latter the techniques to master Bushinryu. Guy has been successful to master the special ninjutsu style, which led him to the title of 39th Master of Bushinryu. However, as Guy finally mastered Bushinryu, Zeku disappeared. After several years, he will return in "Street Fighter V" to form his own ninja group and unlock a new fighting style.

Zeku will be a special fighter as he has two different forms. In "Street Fighter V," players can use Zeku and transform into the old or young form. Each form has its own move sets. The old Zeku's moves are noticeably slower due to his age. Although, this form can perform a special flip in mid-air, and together with all other moves, the opponents will be puzzled on what his next move will be. Meanwhile, the young Zeku has a faster set of moves, plus his short run can be used to weaken the enemy's defense.

There were already hints that Zeku would be the final season 2 DLC character in "Street Fighter V" due to leaked images that surfaced this year, Kotaku reported. His arrival in the game will be a few months after the launch of Abigail and Menat as DLC characters. Zeku will be available for purchase starting Oct. 24.

As for season 3 DLC of "Street Fighter V," Capcom has not yet disclosed any details about the next update. It is expected that the next season will feature another batch of classic "Street Fighter" characters that have yet to arrive in the roster.
