Last Sept. 15 saw the premiere of "Steven Universe" season 4 episode 7, titled "Onion Gang." Unfortunately, no schedule for episode 8 and future episodes have been listed which has gotten fans to speculate that the series is going on hiatus.

According to a report from Movie News Guide, there are no official listings for the next batch of episodes, which makes it likely that the show won't be on the air for the next couple of weeks. It is a common practice for the next set of episodes to be listed online a few weeks before they are released.

This is common with the series, however, and when it does come back, the show releases several episodes consecutively. This sudden launch of episodes between breaks is referred to by fans as "Steven Bombs," and it is possible that this hiatus will only last for several weeks until the next barrage of episodes is launched.

Mobile N Apps points out that there are still several episodes that have already been titled but are yet to be released. Some of these include "Gem Harvest," "Tiger Philanthropist," and "Beach Shorts." According to the report, "Gem Harvest" is rumored to have been shifted around and will now be episode 8.

The report further states that the studio is shuffling the episodes around from their original order to combat the barrage of leaks and spoilers surrounding the show. By doing this, fans will never be accurately spoiled about what the next episode may be about or when it launches until the studios make an official announcement.

"Gem Harvest" is allegedly going to focus on the Gems taking Peridot or Jasper, and Steven will have to go on a journey along with some companions to get them back. However, given that no teaser trailer or synopsis has been released, this information is still based entirely on speculation.
