The public has seen the top-end mobile device lineup from Samsung for this year, namely the Galaxy S8 and Note 8. Although, there is growing interest on the South Korean tech-giant's mid-range series. As per the latest leaked details, the Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 will be introducing new features in the mid-tier brand, including reduced bezels and dual front camera.
As reported by Phone Arena, the latest information regarding Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 came from the 3D renders prepared by OnLeaks. The reliable tech leaker incorporated all the rumored design and hardware features of the mid-range smartphones. For one, the leaked images reveal that the Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 will be the first in their lineup to sport dual front-facing cameras.
Meanwhile, the highlight of Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018's display features is the slimmer bezels, giving up more space for a wider screen view. As per the latest reports, the Galaxy A5 will sport a 5.5-inch Full HD+ screen display, while the Galaxy A7 will have a 6-inch display.
With regards to internal specs, the Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 will be powered by the Exynos 7885 processor with 4GB RAM. However, there is a possibility that both Galaxy A5 and A7 will be using Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset in selected market locations.
Other rumored specs of Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 include 32GB internal storage and IP68 rating of water and dust resistance. It is also speculated that the next year's iteration of mid-range smartphones will welcome the Bixby voice assistant, which was first introduced by the top-tier Galaxy S8 and S8+ handsets. Although, OnLeak's 3D renders did not include a Bixby button.
To note, the leaked renders of Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 do not show a LED flash at the back, but it was reported that OnLeaks only forgot to include the feature in the renders. An updated 3D render already has the LED flash for the Galaxy A5 and A7.
