In the next episode of the crime-drama television series "S.W.A.T.," Hondo (Shemar Moore) and the team look into a series of suspicious home invasions committed by S.W.A.T. impostors in an upper-class neighborhood. They have a feeling that the burglarized families are hiding something.

Aside from the story involving fake S.W.A.T. home invasions, the synopsis from TV Guide reveals that Deacon (Jay Harrington) and Luca (Kenny Johnson) will be assigned to protect a visiting professional hockey player who has been receiving death threats. He has a penchant for trouble that will bring about complications. Cartermatt suggests that the reason behind the show bringing forward a story involving hockey player is mainly because the sport has rarely been mentioned outside Canada recently.

Meanwhile, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti will make a cameo appearance in the upcoming episode as a sports agent. Garcetti had previously made a cameo appearance as a mayor in "Major Crimes." In addition to Garcetti, retired National Hockey League player John Scott will guest star in the upcoming episode as Bobby, the visiting professional hockey player whom Deacon and Luca are assigned to protect.

Unlike the previous episode, the next installment titled "Imposters" will not air on a holiday. The last episode hit the airwaves on Thanksgiving since the show started late because of the NFL and it needed to get some episodes on the air this month, after having been granted a full 20-episode season. It is yet to be known if the decision to release an installment of its pilot season on Thanksgiving affected the ratings for "S.W.A.T." The series was ordered by CBS-TV in May and premiered on Nov. 2. The show will not air an episode over the Christmas holiday season.

"S.W.A.T." episode 5 will air on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 10 p.m. EST on the CBS Television Network.
