"Rick and Morty" season 3 was said to premiere before the end of the year. It is already mid-November, and Adult Swim has yet to make any announcements. However, writers Sarah Carbiener and Erica Rosbe have confirmed that the writing process is done, indicating that the season could still premiere before the holidays.

Speaking on the Chicks Who Script podcast, they explained that the initial writing phase was done and that animation and voice recording was already moving ahead. However, they also explained that one of the reasons why "Rick and Morty" takes so long to make is that it has an untraditional method in dealing with ad-libs.

"We ended four weeks ago, I think. I think they're done soon, they're done really soon. I think in a week or two they're going to have screenings in the production office," Rosbe explained.

According to the writing duo, the voice actors for "Rick and Morty" normally record ad-libbed lines in the studio and then the animators have to re-do the scene to synchronize the video and audio. This is very different from other studios in which they do all of the voice recording and ad-libs before they move forward with the animation process.

Because of this, animation normally takes longer than it would for any other show.

However, it is implied that enough episodes have been completed because the writers also state that season 3 is about to be screened to Adult Swim's producers and studio executives. This is the last process before any further adjustments are made and from then on the network can announce when the season will premiere.

Given that "Rick and Morty" season 3 is nearly complete, fans speculate that it will premiere in the middle of December or right before the holidays. Adult Swim has yet to confirm if this will indeed be the premiere schedule of the new installment.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
