Philadelphia Eagles vs Detroit Lions live stream (Fox TV): Watch NFL 2015 Thanksgiving Day football online (Preview)

The Philadelphia Eagles will play the Detroit Lions on Thursday in one of three Thanksgiving Day football games as Week 12 of the NFL 2015 regular season gets underway. The Eagles are in desperate need of the win to stay in touch in the race for the NFC East division, but the Lions are also looking for just their fourth win of the season so far. The game has a scheduled start time of 12.30 p.m. ET and takes place from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. The game can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Eagles have hit a road block, suffering straight losses at home, and now they are tasked with snapping that losing streak on the road.

However, despite all their troubles, a weak NFC East means that a win here today could actually bring them to top spot in the division.

Chip Kelly is not panicking though, despite his team's recent downturn in form, and he has said ahead of the game, "We lost two games. I think sometimes people panic and throw the baby out with the bath water. I think we have a really good football team, and I'm very confident in those football players."

The Eagles come into today's game on 4-6 and just a game back from the New York Giants, who will be playing the Washington Redskins on Sunday.

The Lions meanwhile are rising and have gained some confidence back over the past few weeks, after securing back to back victories to move to 3-7.

Coach Jim Caldwell has said, "Everybody thinks it's magic. I think you guys look at it as if there's some huge thing that happened that all of a sudden catapulted this cataclysmic change, and the fact of the matter is, it isn't. It's just playing better football."

The Eagles must improve significantly from their last outing today. Last Sunday they fell badly 45-17 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, allowing 283 rush yards, which was a franchise worse since way back in 1973.

Also taking place in the NFL today will be the Dallas Cowboys and the Carolina Panthers in a game from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The Cowboys are a lowly 3-7 and should be out of the NFC East race, but so poor have the teams been in the division that they are amazingly still in with a shout if they can string together a run of victories. However, that may be difficult today, as they come up against the 10-0 Panthers who are expected to claim an 11th win of the season so far.

Today's big game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Detroit Lions has a scheduled start time of 12.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream by clicking here.
