"Overwatch" is bringing in several new cosmetic options and game modes with the "Overwatch Halloween Terror" DLC. However, the DLC is not just bringing in new skins and victory poses but also an entirely new game mode that pits several players to team up and take down a main target.

As reported by the official website, over 100 cosmetic items are being added with the DLC. These include new skins, victory poses, highlight intros, emotes, profile icons, and sprays, among others. The site also showcases an entire gallery of these numerous new cosmetic accessories in use.

Some of these include darker clothing, gray or green skin, a witch's hat, and pumpkin accessories. All of these further focus on the Halloween festivities.

The DLC also includes the game's very first player-versus-environment (PvE) co-op brawl called "Junkenstein's Revenge." This new mode will allow players to team up with others, forming a team of three, to go up against several Halloween-themed enemies such as Dr. Junkenstein, Junkenstein's Monster, a mysterious witch, the Reaper, and hordes of undead zombies.

The narrative of this adventure was also showcased in a previously released digital comic.

For those that have not been able to read the comic, the site explains that it details how Dr. Jamison Junkenstein attempted to perfect his experiments on artificial life, but his master, Lord of Adlersbrunn, mocked him for it. It was only after a mysterious visitor dropped by that Junkenstein managed to get the key needed to make Junkenstein's Monster.

Players participating in the PvE Brawl will continue this tale and attempt to stop Junkenstein from launching his vengeance against the Lord of Adlersbrunn. Players have the option of choosing between four heroes, the Alchemist (Ana), the Archer (Hanzo), the Gunslinger (McCree), or the Soldier (Soldier: 76), and they must stop Junkenstein's forces from breaking into the Lord's castle.

The DLC will be available from Oct. 11 to Nov. 1 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
