The New York Giants and the Minnesota Vikings will face off in a big game on NFL Monday Night Football to close out Week 4 of the NFL 2016 regular season. The Vikings have been excellent so far this season and will be favorites to take this game at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The game has a scheduled start time of 8.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Giants lost their first game of the season last week against division rivals the Washington Redskins.

New York will not be happy with the manner of that loss, as they had put themselves in a winning position but allowed the Redskins back into the game and to steal the victory in the final quarter.

That leaves the Giants on 2-1, which makes today's game all the more important. Slipping back to 2-2 at this point will undo all the good work they managed to get done in the opening two weeks of the season.

The fact that the Dallas Cowboys also won on Sunday to move to 3-1 will add even more pressure to the Giants today, as anything other than a win will mean the Giants having to watch their division rivals move ahead of them.

The Cowboys put on a solid display against the San Francisco 49ers yesterday, claiming a 24-17 victory and move to the top of the NFC East. How the Giants will respond today remains to be seen.

The Vikings meanwhile come into this Week 4 clash on 3-0 and looking to maintain their perfect start to the season for another week.

In Week 3, the Vikings went on the road to the Bank of America Stadium where they handed out a tough lesson for the struggling Carolina Panthers in a 22-10 victory.

The Vikings' defense completely shutdown the Panthers offense for the final three quarters, which allowed Minnesota's own offense to slowly pull them away to a comfortable victory.

The Vikings are back in front of home fans today and they will believe they have an excellent chance at being one of the few teams that reach Week 5 on 4-0.

The New England Patriots hit their first major road bump on Sunday, getting swept aside at the Gillette Stadium by the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots' offense was never able to get up and running as the Bills applied pressure and cut down any extended drives from New England in a 16-0 game.

That means New England drop back to 3-1, losing their perfect start to the season. But with Tom Brady expected back for Week 5, the Patriots will not be too dissatisfied with only losing the one game in the absence of their star quarterback.

The Denver Broncos meanwhile moved to 4-0 on Sunday with a comprehensive 27-7 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Broncos' defense once again leading the way for the win, with the Buccaneers having no answer to the high tempo and in-your-face defense from Denver.
