It seems that tension is really rising, and the fans of "NCIS: LA" can't wait to find out what's going to happen next.
It's no surprise that there's brewing tension between Talia, played by Mercedes Masohn, and Kensi, played by Daniela Ruah. Both women want to win the heart of Deeks, played by Eric Christian Olsen. But in the past, the two never really had a go at it... just almost. Now, fans are anticipating whether or not a catfight will finally happen on the premiere of season 6.
CBS released a photo of the first episode where Talia and Kensi are shown close to beating each other up. It may be that Talia is deliberately trying to get into Kensi's nerves, but then again, it may not. But clearly, things are heating up between the two.
As show boss Shane Brennan told TVLine during the Fall Preview Q&A, "Talia (returning guest star Mercedes Masohn) poses some questions that make Kensi stop and think [about her Deeks situation]. She also gives Kensi some, let's call it, 'unasked-for advice.'"
No one, at this point, knows what that "unasked advice" is. Fashion & Style said it could be along the lines of "Get your own boyfriend, b****."
Fans of the series will find out in the coming season. Of course, the tension between Kensi and Talia was always there. And Talia's presence tends to affect how Kensi feels when it comes to Deeks.
Many "NCIS: LA" fans are wishing that Kensi and Deeks end up together. But show runners are making it hard for the two to have a happy ending, especially if Talia is always around. One thing's for sure though, the fans do not like Talia meddling in Kensi and Deeks' business.
"NCIS: LA" will premiere on Sept. 29 on CBS.
