A U.K. retailer leaked several details about the alleged specs of Motorola's upcoming devices known as the Moto G Titan and the Moto E Styx.
Argos, one of the largest retailers in the U.K., unexpectedly revealed vital information about the two upcoming Moto products. This is a very surprising source of information, since a retailer site from the U.K. rarely unveils details ahead of anybody else.
According to retailer's website, the Moto G Titan is the 4G LTE version of the 2014 edition of the Moto G. It allegedly has the same body as the earlier release, with an over-all dimension of 141.5 x 70.7 x 10.99 mm. However, the new model will be heavier since it will reportedly weigh 155 grams.
The pixel resolution of the new Moto G Titan will also be a little bit clearer compared to its predecessor, as it possesses a 1280 x 768 pixel resolution compared to the older model's 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. Still, the screen size for the upcoming device is set at 5 inches.
The Moto G Titan will also feature a quad-core processor, an 8-megapixel primary rear camera, as well as an internal memory of 8 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB using the built-in microSD slot.
Meanwhile, the Moto E Styx is dubbed as the 4G LTE model of the Moto E. The upcoming device also comes with the same dimensions as its predecessor, yet it now has a quad-core processor compared to the older model that only has a dual-core processor.
The leaked details posted on the Argos website has been deleted by the retailer, but other gadget-focused sites have already screengrabbed the details mentioned in the leaked report.
Motorola's mobile manufacturing arm is still mum about the information inadvertently provided by the giant U.K. retailer, as well as the possibility of bringing the device to other markets other than Europe, but the company is expected to provide a comment about this soon.
