The reality star Jill Duggar from the hit TLC show "Counting On" seems to be making new fashion choices which are sparking discussion from fans and spectators on the internet.

A picture was posted on the Duggar family's official Facebook site which showed Jill and her mom posing in a Thanksgiving shot. However, there appears to be something different about Jill's look in the photo. Though it may be hard to recognize, fans were quick to notice a tiny stud in her left nostril. The Duggars do allow ear piercings but those done in the nostrils are a bit sketchy for the conservative family. Fans were stunned to see Jill with a likely facial piercing. Elizabeth Brittain replied to the post, "Am I seeing things or does Jill now have her nose pierced?"

Another fan replied, "Well, Jinger is wearing jeans, and shorts. Once they get married, they don't have to live by their parents rule. So I'm betting Jill getting her nose pierced is something her, and Derrick talked about, and decided just to do it." Jill's sister Jinger has been seen regularly in photos wearing pants and other modern attire. However, Jill has opted to try and stick close to her family's rules on dressing appropriately.

Speaking of wearing pants, Jill just recently wore a pair in a new photo which got fans buzzing again. It showed her in jeans with her husband Derrick Dillard, and other members of the family during Thanksgiving. She paired her form-fitting jeans with a white sweater and brown boots.

Day Rogers replied to the post, "Love the jeans Jill! You look very nice in them." Another fan commented, "Copying her sister's style. Love to see them branching out!" It seems Jill is treading over new territory when it comes to fashion. It remains to be seen how long her mom will put up with her behavior.
