Jennifer Lawrence reveals she wants to a simpler life after Darren Aronofsky breakup

Jennifer Lawrence's break up with Darren Aronofsky was confirmed. After the breakup, the 27-year-old actress said that she wants to explore a simpler life and make more time for herself.

In an interview with Elle, Lawrence said, "I want to get a farm. I want to be, like, milking goats."

The couple dated together for one year. Lawrence now prefers to spend her extra free time through activism. She is currently an active supporter of "Represent Us," a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization that seeks to end political corruption throughout the United States.

Meanwhile, Lawrence revealed that she wants to live a "pretty normal life." Her witty personality is a far cry from the usually complicated characters she portrays in the movies. Moreover, the actress confirmed in an interview with The Today Show that she has no projects lined up for the next two years. It seems that Lawrence will get the vacation she's yearning for, after all.

However, this does not mean that she will be absent in the entertainment industry. "Red Sparrow" and "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" are both still in post-production, the latter being rumored to be her last X-Men film. These movies are expected to see release in 2018 and fans hope that she will be around to do the usual promotions for said films.

Lawrence is one of Hollywood's biggest and busiest stars, with a career that has been going on for over seven years and counting. On the average, the actress can be seen in three major films every year.

The "Hunger Games" star first discovered her acting chops at the age of 14. By the time she reached the age of 20, the actress became the third youngest star nominated for Best Actress in the Academy Awards.

Lawrence was lauded for her participation in the 2012 film "Silver Linings Playbook." With the direction of David Russell, the actress came to be known as the second youngest person to win an Oscar Award for Best Actress.
