"Fuller House" season 1 may not have achieved the high praises fans and critics were hoping for, but the show still managed to be successful enough to warrant a second season. Netflix has just launched the first full trailer for season 2, and it introduces several key characters that will play a part in the show.

The trailer starts with Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) kissing a boy who turns out to be Jimmy Gibbler (Adam Hagenbuch), Kimmy's (Andrea Barber) younger brother. Kimmy walks in on Stephanie and Jimmy kissing, and when they realize what just happened, both of them are disgusted by it.

D.J. (Candace Cameron Bure) has also made a final decision, and he is about to decide between Matt (John Brotherton) and Steve (Scott Weinger). Unfortunately, right when she is able to end their love triangle, she finds out that both men have new girlfriends.

As D.J. deals with the sudden twist on her love life, Stephanie and Kimmy get a big surprise when they find themselves in a limousine. This limousine is not just a high-end escort vehicle, as the trailer reveals that it is also being used by the 1980s boyband, the New Kids on the Block.

Kimmy and Stephanie are then shown partying and performing with the New Kids on the Block. It is unknown how long the band is going to be in the show, but it is widely speculated that they will only have a short amount of screen time in a single episode.

Joey's (Dave Coulier) family is also shown arriving. His wife, Ginger (Laura Bell Bundy), is also introduced, and she will be playing a large role in the second season of the show. Unfortunately for fans of the original "Full House," there are still no signs of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen reprising their role as Michelle Tanner given they have retired from acting.

"Fuller House" season 2 premieres on Dec. 9.
