HTC has prepared a nice deal for those planning to buy HTC Vive this week. Starting on Oct. 2, the company's virtual reality (VR) headgear will come with a free copy of Bethesda's upcoming game "Fallout 4 VR."

As reported by The Verge, the "Fallout 4 VR" will be included for every HTC Vive purchase from Oct. 2 onwards. The VR gameplay version of Bethesda's popular open-world adventure game title will be out on Dec. 12, which means that those who already bought an HTC Vive will have to wait a little longer to obtain the game copy.

To note, the "Fallout 4 VR" will be sold for $60. For those who have already pre-ordered the game and purchased the HTC Vive headgear separately, they are still expected to receive a nice incentive. They will be getting free subscription on HTC gaming service Viveport for up to three months. Availing the Viveport service will cost a player $6.99 a month.

HTC Vive received a price cut earlier this summer, with the gaming headset now only costing $599, GameSpot reported. HTC has been offering great promos for the public, with the recent one being the free "Fallout 4 VR" copy, as a way to give the HTC Vive more appeal. It is also worth noting that the "Fallout 4 VR" will be exclusive to HTC Vive, thus giving the latter an edge over other VR headgears in the market today.

Still, the public is advised to get ready for possible issues once "Fallout 4 VR" arrives in December. As Bethesda is only about to venture in the VR platform, there is no certainty that "Fallout 4 VR" will run just fine in HTC Vive. Nevertheless, the VR version gives players an opportunity to experience the game in a whole new level. "Fallout 4 VR" is expected to include all the contents of the original game instead of offering a short spin-off, which is a huge step for Bethesda.

Aside from "Fallout 4 VR," many other Bethesda game titles will arrive in the HTC Vive platform this year. On Nov. 17, "Skyrim VR" will be released, while "Doom VR" will arrive in the headset on Dec. 1.
