After Bethesda officially launched the patch 1.8 for "Fallout 4" that comes with a mod support for PlayStation 4, fans of the game are already hoping to see a new patch that will allow players to enjoy the game in PlayStation 4 Pro.

Reports claim that the game studio's other best-selling title, "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" remaster, already has the PlayStation 4 Pro support, but Bethesda has yet to announce if "Fallout 4" will also be allowed to have the same features.

However, the PlayStation 4 Pro support for "Fallout 4" might not come anytime soon since Bethesda is still silent about their plans for the next patch of the game. Although, a post on the game's official Facebook account confirmed that the PlayStation 4 Pro support will be included in the next update.

On the other hand, the future of "Fallout 4" might head towards the VR technology based on the interview granted by game designer Todd Howard with Glixel.

According to Howard, the game studio is now trying to incorporate VR technology in their titles, and they are looking forward to seeing its outcome. He also revealed that players could definitely find the entire "Fallout 4" game in VR in the future.

"That's the promise of VR, being in a big virtual world. The core experience, meaning you put on the headset and you're standing in the world of Fallout and can go where you want, just that little bit is every bit as cool as you hope it would be. Once we did that, we were like, 'OK, we gotta see where this goes,'" the game designer stated in the interview.

Meanwhile, the mod support for the PlayStation 4 edition of "Fallout 4" remains limited to 1 GB. This means that players who are planning to stack up on the mod support should not go over the limit by choosing their ideal mods to prevent problems that they can encounter while playing the game.
