Australian singer and songwriter "Sia" just dropped her first-ever Christmas album. The "Everyday Is Christmas" album of the artist was released on Nov. 17 and distributed by Atlantic Records. Sia worked with American record producer Greg Kurstin to produce 10 original Christmas songs.

Sia announced the release of her album via Twitter with the caption that reads, "It's the most wonderful time of the year & 'Everyday Is Christmas' is here to make it even better." This is the eighth studio album of Sia after "This is Acting" in 2016.

During an interview with Zane Lowe, Sia said she wanted to do something new and that she decided to go with a Christmas-themed album. "Here's the thing. I thought we had a bit of a shortage of like, good Christmas music," she said. She then explained that she had a conversation with her manager about an "Evergreen" album that will generate money for the artist and the distributor consistently for a long time. She added, "An evergreen is when you make a song (that) make money forever, because it's so successful."

Some of the album's tracks had already been uploaded on YouTube ahead of the album release. First to be released on YouTube is also the album's number 1 song, "Santa's Coming For Us." All of the songs uploaded online were well received based on comments from her fans. The album also includes other new hits like "Snowman," "Snowflake," "Candy Cane Lane," "Ho Ho Ho," and more.

People can now purchase the album from selected retail stores or buy the digital copy from iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon. Sia is still in the middle of her Australian tour and will soon arrive in New Zealand. Sia's 2018 agenda is not yet posted on her website.

There are still no news from Sia or her record label about an upcoming album in 2018.
