"Dance Moms" season 6 is currently on air and the show, along with coach and host Abby Lee Miller, is in the middle of production for season 7. Fortunately for Miller, her sentencing regarding her 20 cases of fraud and a violation of currency reporting laws has been delayed from December this year to January 2017.

According to Deadline, this is a delay that Miller did not even have to ask for as there are currently scheduling conflicts in the courthouse that has required her sentencing date to be pushed back. As it stands, she is speculated to be charged with over $5 Million in fines and up to 5 years of prison time.

"Sentencing in the above-captioned cases is tentatively set for Friday, December 2, 2016," explained U.S. Attorney David Hickton. "Due to a scheduling conflict, government counsel is unavailable on that date. The Government respectfully requests that the sentencing date be continued until Friday, January 20, 2017, at a time convenient for the court."

A final pre-sentencing report is going to take place on Dec. 16, following a proposed order issues this past Oct. 28.

Miller is still able to travel and work on the show as he did put up a $10,000 bond and requested permission from the court to travel domestically and internationally.

The report points out that Miller had allegedly hidden over $755,000 in profits from the reality dance show while going under bankruptcy. It was later revealed that she even had the show's producers, from Collins Avenue Productions, to pay her mother fees so she could keep the money and still avoid the scrutiny of the court.

Judge Thomas Agresti eventually saw Abby Lee Miller on "Dance Moms" one night and discovered she had not included the profits from her show on her bankruptcy report, leading to the current cases she is facing now. With her upcoming sentencing possibly keeping her away for five years it is possible that "Dance Moms" season 7 will be the final season of the show.
