Cleveland Indians vs Chicago Cubs live stream (Fox): Watch Game 3 MLB World Series 2016 online

The Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs will clash for Game 3 of the 2016 World Series on Friday night. The series has now shifted to Wrigley Field in Chicago, Illinois where the Cubs will be hoping to turn the screw and use home field advantage to power themselves towards a World Series championship title. The game has a scheduled start time of 8.08 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream via the link below.

In Game 2 the Cubs were able to level the series at 1-1, which means they have the opportunity to win the World Series at home if they can clinch all three of the coming games at Wrigley Field.

However, the Indians will have other ideas and will know even a single victory in Chicago will mean this series goes back to Cleveland for a Game 6, and possibly Game 7, and they will believe if they can bring things back to Cleveland they will have the upper hand.

Tonight, the Indians will be sending out Josh Tomlin to the mound to try and get a road win. Tomlin has already played twice this postseason and has been been solid, allowing just three runs in 10 2/3 innings.

Cleveland will be hoping he can power his team to the win tonight in what has effectively become a best of five contest.

Meanwhile, the Cubs will be sending out starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks, who Chicago fans will remember was excellent in the team's 5-0 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 6 of the NLCS. He pitched for 7 1/3 innings in that game and allowed just two hits.

This postseason, Hendricks has a 1.65 ERA across his 16 1/3 pitched innings, and the Cubs will be hoping he can remain in his excellent run of form for one more game today to get them in front in this series.

This will be the first time that Wrigley Field has hosted a Fall Classic since 1945, and we can expect an electric atmosphere.

Cubs outfielder Kyle Schwarber has said, "It's going to be electric. It's going to be really, really loud."

Meanwhile, Cubs manager Joe Maddon has said ahead of the game: "I know that people have been waiting for this for a long time [and] are going to savor it. And hopefully on our part, we can do something to really make it even better."

The statisticians are telling us that the winner of tonight's contest will have a distinct advantage, as the winner of Game 3 after a 1-1 tied series has gone on to win the World Series 65 percent of the time. That has been the case in 11 of the last 14 times, so it is likely that whoever can win today will go on and win it all.

Tonight's massive 2016 World Series Game 3 between the Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs has a scheduled start time of 8.08 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream by clicking here.
