British Royal news: What Prince George wants for Christmas

At four years old, Prince George has only one wish from Santa Claus this Christmas, and he made sure his handwritten list makes it to its destination through his father Prince William.

In a two-day royal visit to Finland, the Duke of Cambridge personally delivered his son's letter to Father Christmas.

According to reports, Prince William was meeting the local residents of Helsinki at a traditional Christmas festive market when he finally came across Santa Claus. "I've seen you and I had to give you this letter," the British monarch told Santa.

The letter is a template Christmas list that asked the young prince to state whether he has been naughty or nice. He encircled the word "nice." The Duke of Cambridge was quick to point that out and assured Santa that his little boy has been very nice indeed.

The letter also allowed the little monarch to list up to five things he wanted for Christmas, but he just wanted one -- a police car. He also signed it with his neatly written name.

"He hasn't written down many requests, so I think one request is probably OK," Prince William added laughingly.

Santa was seen nodding in agreement, to the duke's delight.

While Prince William was in Finland, Princess Catherine was in London's Robin Hood Primary School, where she gathered children for the Royal Horticultural Society's campaign for school gardening. The Duchess of Cambridge shared that gardening is the current hobby she enjoys with her two children -- George and Charlotte.

With the whole world at his fingertips, Prince George has proven he does not need much to be happy, at least not yet. After all, he and younger sister have a lot in store for them in the coming 2018. Their mom Catherine will soon give them a new baby sibling. Their uncle, Prince Harry, on the other hand, will soon give them a new aunt when he marries Meghan Markle in spring next year.
