Marvel fans have waited for so long to witness the grand showdown of the classic comic book superheroes and supervillains in the upcoming feature film "Avengers: Infinity War." The latest "Avengers" installment is expected to be different from the previous Marvel movies in many ways, including the scruffy new look of Captain America/Steve Rogers (Chris Evans). Also, the latest "Infinity War" LEGO toy set based on the film may have unintentionally spilled a new weapon for the God of Thunder, Thor (Chris Hemsworth).

According to Nerdist, the new LEGO set for "Avengers: Infinity War" may have revealed the big changes that the fans should expect from the movie. For one, the toy version of Thor is seen with a new kind of hammer. Comic book fans would easily identify this weapon as the Stormbreaker, although the hammer has been called the Mjolnir 2.0 at some point. Based on the comics, the Stormbreaker was created by Odin for an alien named Beta Ray Bill, who has proven himself to be as worthy as Thor to wield Mjolnir. The Stormbreaker has been mostly associated with Beta Ray, being used as a weapon to defend the universe ever since.

Interestingly, some Marvel fans believe that Beta Ray Bill has already been introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) via "Thor: Ragnarok," in which a particular scene in the gladiator arena includes a fighter that resembles the said character. Marvel Studios has yet to confirm this speculation though.

Many fans welcome the idea of Thor using a different weapon in "Avengers: Infinity War." Even though Thor has learned to use his powers without the help of the Mjolnir, having a mighty hammer with him during the battle would contribute to his strong presence. Some fans thought that instead of the Stormbreaker, Thor would use a powerful axe called the Jarnbjorn, which is capable of breaking the armor of a Celestial. Nevertheless, the Stormbreak is a good alternative weapon after the destruction of the Mjolnir.

Meanwhile, the "Avengers: Infinity War" LEGO set may have also confirmed the new pilot of the Hulkbuster, which made its first appearance in the MCU in "Age of Ultron." The particular Hulkbuster toy shows that the man inside the gargantuan armor is none other than the Hulk's alter-ego, Dr. Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), Syfy reported. The LEGO set shows the Hulkbuster mini-figure accompanied by the Falcon/Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie).

"Avengers: Infinity War" will premiere in theaters worldwide on May 4.
