'Arrow' season 3 spoilers: Diggle and Lyla wed, Suicide Squad returns in episode 17 'Suicidal Tendencies'

A screengrab from the trailer for "Suicidal Tendencies"

Diggle and Lyla are tying the knot but the picture perfect wedding will not go smooth in the next installment of "Arrow." Suicide Squad sure know how to crash a party and of all the revelries to disrupt, they choose that of Diggle and Lyla who will get hitched in episode 17 of "Arrow" season 3 titled "Suicidal Tendencies."

But they did that with a good reason though. The supervillain squad is recruiting all the help they can get to rescue United States Senator Joseph Cray who was caught in a hostage situation in the Republic of Kasnia. Before it ends badly, Amanda Weller and Task Force X asked for the assistance of the ones capable and they come to Arrow and his team.

On this juncture, Amanda Waller discusses the mission and while on it, introduced Cupid, the newest member of the Suicide Squad. As they circled the drawing board, Oliver warned them that the force plotting against the welfare of Starling City is too redoubtable to handle.

In the same episode, Ray Palmer also learns the identity of the man under the hood and Felicity is horrified to know what he will do to Ollie knowing this. According to the synopsis, the latter will get to know about Ray's Atom costume and shortly after this, the two will find themselves in a "heated stand-off."

Going back to Diggle and Lyla and their first minutes as husband and wife, Deadshot interrupts the newlyweds' honeymoon and joins them in a limousine asking them for a toast. Meanwhile, it also looks like romance is not just for Ollie's pal to enjoy. Apparently, the hooded vigilante has a thing for Felicity and it looks like the IT expert feels the same way as they exchange looks during the wedding.

Episode 17 of "Arrow" season 3 will air on Mar. 25.
