The third season of "Arrow" is currently on hiatus, giving viewers enough time to digest the latest twist in the story of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell).

In the upcoming episode titled "The Offer," Oliver will be contemplating on the unexpected proposition that Ra's Al Ghul (Matt Nable) made during the end of the past episode. But based on the official episode synopsis, Oliver will not accept Ra's proposal. Instead, he will return home to Starling City. But he will be surprised to find a new nemesis named Murmur (guest star Adrian Glynn McMorran) who will wreak havoc in the city.

Murmur, originally known as Michael Amar, is a former neurosurgeon whose mouth was forcibly shut in the past. He and his crew are spreading destruction and will go on a killing spree in Starling City, which Oliver and his team will try to stop.

Also, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) will bond after discussing about their problems with their fathers.

The CW will air "Arrow" season 3 episode 16 on March 18.

Elsewhere, Amell recently teased that somebody might be leaving the show for good. In one of his latest tweets, the actor said that he is having difficulty saying goodbye to one of the show's characters.

"Sometimes real feelings creep into a scene. Goodbyes are tough. Even when they're scripted," Amell said.

He also expressed his grief in one of his Facebook posts that day, saying that the show's 65th episode will feature one of the most heartfelt and highly emotional scenes in the series so far. He might be referring to the episode titled "Broken Arrow," which will be the 19th installment of the season. However, Amell did not provide any other information about who will leave the show in any of his posts.
