There are only a few days left for the month of November, which means that Xbox Live Gold subscribers has a new lineup of free games to look forward to. As December closes in, Microsoft has finally announced the list of free video games arriving in the Xbox Games With Gold catalog. The gaming company wants to end 2017 with a bang, with action-packed multiplayer titles such as "Warhammer: End Times — Vermintide" and the popular "Back to the Future" game sequel leading the list.

As reported by GameSpot, the December 2017 free games list in Xbox Games With Gold is composed of four games, with two titles each for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 lineup. For the Xbox One exclusives, the thrilling co-op first person shooter game "Warhammer: End Times — Vermintide" will be available for free download for the entire month of December.

Another Xbox One title coming to the Xbox Games With Gold catalog is "Back to the Future: The Game— 30th Anniversary Edition." Players can enjoy the game for free from Dec. 15 to Jan. 15, complete of all five episodes in the series that were released in 2010 and 2011. This episodic adventure game, created by Telltale Games, serves as a sequel to the first "Back to the Future" game trilogy, according to Polygon.

Meanwhile, the Xbox Games With Gold lineup for December 2017 is exciting even for the older Xbox 360 console. For one, the entertaining rhythm action game created by Tetsuya Mizuguchi, "Child of Eden," will be available for free download from Dec. 1 to 15. Mizuguchi is also the creator of the popular action title "Rez." Another Xbox 360 game this month is the hack n' slash video game "Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death," which is perfect for players who would like to blow off some steam by shooting down the enemies. The game will be in the catalog from Dec. 16 to 31.

Like the previous Xbox 360 titles in the Xbox Games With Gold lineup, "Child of Eden" and "Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death" will also be playable in Xbox One through backwards compatibility. For now, Xbox Live Gold subscribers still have a few days to enjoy the remaining free games this November, namely "TrackMania Turbo" for Xbox One and "Deadfall Adventures" for Xbox 360. Telltale's "Tales from the Borderland" will remain as a free game until Dec. 15.
