The fight against Neo Acacia continues in chapter 392 of "Toriko." Speculations suggest that more mysteries about the demon appetite will be revealed, including the Soul World being connected with Neo.

In the past chapter, it was revealed that Ichiryu is traveling in the Soul World, and he came across a mysterious mass at the center. The mass is full of Blue Nitro, as well as food and ingredients that are out of this world. It is rumored that the mass is, in fact, an extension of Neo's stomach, and it is where all ingredients eaten by Neo were building up.

Meanwhile, more mysteries were uncovered, as Ichiryu glances upon what is supposed to be Chef God Froese, Toriko and Starjun's mother.

As the Soul World event unfolds, the fight is heating up between Toriko and Neo Acacia. It is confirmed that Neo takes damages from attacks dealt with anger and hate behind them. As instructed by Blue Nitro Pair, Toriko is dealing damage upon damage to Neo Acacia, with some of the surviving Eight Kings, as well as Toriko's friends, helping. However, Neo Acacia comes out on top, as he annihilates the strongest Eight Kings, and apparently, he has also caused damage to Toriko's group.

Pair is close to despair at this point, although Toriko encourages the Blue Nitro to not lose hope. It is hinted that Toriko is, in fact, treating the fight as another ingredient hunt as he states that he senses Neo Acacia to be close to breaking point since the opponent is giving off a delicious smell.

Previously, Toriko has announced that Neo will be his meat dish.

The fight is reaching its climax, although it is said that the manga adaptation itself is far from over. There are other mysteries to be solved such as what is behind the Furthest Lands, which is said to be Acacia's final goal. In addition, more power is expected to be revealed by Toriko, who is hiding two more demon appetites within.
