'The Young and the Restless' spoilers: Billy and Chelsea get close, Austin to wed, Victoria and Stitch to separate?

"The Young and the Restless" will feature a lot of couple drama this week. There will be twists (as usual) and intense drama in the different storylines. Here are spoilers for the week of July 7-11 from SoapCentral:

Billy and Chelsea

Things between Billy and Chelsea takes an unexpected turn. Two weeks ago, Billy and Chelsea were just in cahoots over investigating Stitch. But now, something has developed between the two. Billy visits Chelsea's house and shares his feelings. Chelsea welcomes him and helps him through talking about his wife problems. Soon, things heat up between Billy and Chelsea. Victoria will know about this and will confront Billy and Chelsea later in the week.

Austin and Summer

Jack has warned Austin about his wedding plans with Summer several times over, but Austin does not listen. Austin decides to push through with the wedding.

Hilary and Devon

The relationship between Lily and Hilary continues to go sour. Hilary will have a bad day and Lily will lose her temper. She will push Hilary in the water. Meanwhile, Devon will think twice about his future with Hilary.

Nikki and Paul

Paul and Nikki will try to fix their issues and fix their relationship.

Stitch and Victoria

Victoria and Stitch will separate.

Other Spoilers:

Billy will tell Kelly about what he discovered about Stitch and ask Kelly why she kept it a secret that Stitch is her brother. Why is it a big secret anyway?

Also, Nick and Sharon will see Ian Ward and the situations gets intense. And David Sherman will face an unethical court case.
