'The Fosters' season 4 spoilers news: Nick continues to stalk Mariana; Brandon's future teased

The Fosters Freeform

The upcoming summer finale of "The Fosters" season 4 will see Brandon (David Lambert) discover whether or not he'll be able to make it into Juilliard. As he looks forward to his future school, Nick (Louis Hunter) will be causing trouble as he continues to stalk Mariana (Cierra Ramirez).

The teaser trailer for the episode showcases Nick constantly bothering Mariana on the phone, and out of desperation, she informs Jesus (Noah Centineo). However, the clip then showcases her seeing Nick coming right towards her and she does attempt to run away but he eventually catches up and tries to force her to get into his car.

Fans will recall that in the previous few episodes Nick had held Mariana hostage and it is possible something worse could happen this time around if Nick grabs a hold of her again.

Callie (Maia Mitchell) will be experiencing problems of her own when her new boyfriend AJ (Tom Williamson) showcases a violent side of his personality. As reported by the IBTimes, AJ will feel threatened by how close Callie is to Aaron (Elliot Fletcher) and will confront the latter about it. When he does, Callie is shown shocked by how violent and rash AJ can be.

Brandon is shown receiving a text message regarding his application to Juilliard and by the end of the clip he is shown crying as he approaches his mother, Stef (Teri Polo). While it is possible that he is crying because he wasn't accepted into the school there is also the possibility that he is crying because of joy and a sense of achievement.

"Collateral Damage" will serve as the summer finale and "The Fosters" season 4 will be returning with its second half sometime in early 2017. No official release date for the second half has yet been announced.

"The Fosters" season 4 episode 10 airs this Aug. 29.
