Teresa Giudice of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" has reached the 6-month mark of her 15-month prison sentence for fraud, and last week, she released excerpts of her prison diary, giving her fans a glimpse of her life behind bars. Now, a new photo has surfaced showing the reality star and her family during a Mother's Day visit on May 10, and it shows how the star has changed during her time behind bars.

The photo, which was taken inside the Danbury prison in Connecticut, shows Giudice wearing prison-issued green scrubs and boat shoes. Instead of her usual big curls, her hair was arranged simply, with the top part of her hair straightened and the ends wavy, and she also appears to be wearing some light makeup.

Giudice was joined by her family as they posed in front of a flowered backdrop. Milania, 9, had on a flowered dress with a denim vest on top. Gabriella, 10, donned a bright blue dress and black shoes, while Audriana, 5, wore a two-tone dress with a white bodice and black skirt. Gia, 14, wore skinny jeans, a printed top, and a crocheted jacket for the visit, while Giudice's husband Joe wore a black shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail last April, Joe revealed that his wife has made friends in prison who help her dye and style her hair. The 42-year old said that they even work out together and even do manicures.

"It's kind of like a little low budget spa," Joe told the Daily Mail.

He also said that the Bravo star is quite determined to keep up her beauty regimen that she once had them wait an hour in the waiting room while she did her hair.

The Bravo star will be released on Dec. 23 for home confinement. It was reported that her release from jail will be filmed for the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."
