Actor D.W. Moffett, who plays the character of John in Freeform's hit family drama TV series "Switched at Birth," just confirmed his involvement in the show's upcoming season 5 as a response to twitter query of one of his followers, further dispelling rumors and a number of speculations for the new season that Season 4 finale had led to.

Several theories have come up regarding the possible reasons over the phone call from Kathryn (Lea Thompson) received by her two daughters Bay (Vanessa Marano) and Daphne (Katie Leclerc). Living an independent life in China, she calls telling them to go home with urgency in her voice.

As both rush home to meet their mom and dad, fans are getting tense over the reason behind the request giving rise to two popular speculations involving Moffett's character, John.

One that the reason may be the impending divorce between Kathryn Kennish (Lea Thompson) and John, the legal father to Bay (Vanessa Marano) and biological father of Daphne (Katie Leclerc). This is a possibility since the two have been encountering problems in their relationship since a few episodes.

Another speculation is John's deteriorating health. Some viewers believe that John could either be dying and since he is very close to his daughters, he wants to spend his last few days with them or that he may already be dead. But Moffett's answer to the social media question makes fans believe that he will remain alive throughout the season, which is also going to be the show's last.

Creator Lizzy Weiss has constantly updated her Twiiter followers with the show's development and she has revealed all the titles of the upcoming episodes of season 5 and they are "The Call," "This Has to Do with Me," "Surprise," "Relation of Lines and Colors," "Occupy Truth," "Four Ages in Life," "Memory (The Heart)," "Left in Charge," "The Wolf is Waiting," and "Long Live Love."

With such interesting titles, the upcoming episodes are sure to supply viewers a lot of drama and suspence that keeps them glued to their screens.
