A Stuart Townend concert in Cardiff this week raised £2,200 for a charity serving homeless people in the city.
The concert was organised by students at St Michael's Theological College and held at the All Nations Centre.
The money raised will go to the Rainbow of Hope charity which works with homeless and disadvantaged people, including those seeking asylum.
It provides food parcels and lunches for homeless people, and also offers free advice on benefits, debt, housing and employment issues.
Rainbow of Hope also has the goal of establishing a new 24-hour centre for those who are in need.
Sulin Milne, one of the students who organised the concert, said, "Stuart is an excellent worship leader and songwriter, his best known worship songs being How Deep the Father's Love for Us, The Power of the Cross and In Christ Alone.
"All those who attended were treated to a rich evening of performance, prayer and worship that engaged the crowd in a very exciting way.
"Stuart demonstrated the depth of his own spirituality in his prayer and teaching, that accompanied his beautiful songs of praise and hope.
"We were pleased the event raised money, as well as awareness of the Rainbow of Hope charity, which we often support."
