Publisher EA has announced its plans to celebrate "Star Wars" day, May 4, which stemmed from the famous line in the series, "May the force be with you." Many players of 'Star Wars Battlefront,' 'Star Wars: The Old Republic' and 'Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes' will surely be gathering and getting online on this special day.

The company announced last April 29 that "Star Wars: Battlefront," is offering free four hours of game time for new players. Upon downloading the trial game from Origin, they will have full access to the game. However, the "Outer Rim" DLC will be off-limits during the demo.

This promo will start on May 4 at 11 a.m. PT. PCGamer added that download will cease by 2 a.m. PT the following day.

A reward will also be given to players who will log in on this special day; 4,444 of in-game credits will be added to their account which can be used to purchase gear and stuff. Also, a new "Hutt Contract" challenge will be available, which will reward the health-boosting "Bacta Bomb Star Card" for those who will be completing the quest.

For fans who have been thinking of trying out the "Star Wars: The Old Republic," the "Knights of the Fallen Empire" expansion pack is free to try. A level 60 character will also be included in the trial and can be downloaded until the end of the month.

Players can also own the M4-I6 Zakuulan Astromech Droid Mini-Pet by simply logging into the game. Promo has started and will run until May 4.

Playing between May 3 until May 10 will also reward players with Double XP, Double Commendations in PvP, Double Requisitions in Starfighter and Double Legacy XP.

Lastly, "Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes" players will feel the force as well. They are to be rewarded with Double Drop Events and 25 percent more on Crystal Bundles upon playing the game and have until May 5 to avail of the special rewards.
