The controversial show "Sister Wives" is expected to return for another season, and after the revelations in the season 6 finale, the upcoming episodes may see the catfish scandal discussion to continue. Meanwhile, speculations suggest that Kody Brown may be thinking of having another wife or two.

Since the catfisher affair was revealed, "Sister Wives" star Meri Brown has refused to answer questions, even in the "Tell All" season 6 finale. However, even if the controversial event has rocked their marriage, Kody still came to Meri's defense, saying that for him, there was never an emotional affair since the two never met. He also stated that the catfisher, Jackie Overton, may even be one of the Brown clan haters who want to shake up their unusual relationship.

Although the rest of the family did not take the incident seriously, Meri's 21-year-old daughter Mariah told Erica Hill that she did warn her mom about being attached to the "guy," and tried to warn and stop her, but Meri did not pay heed to the warnings. It turned out that Mariah was right, and that the "man" turned out to be Overton pretending for the affair.

For those new to the show, "Sister Wives" is a controversial reality TV series that deals with the day-to-day lives of a polygamist family. To date, Kody Brown has four wives – Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn – and 18 children.

Meanwhile, there are speculations that in the continuing season, Kody may be thinking of divorce and marry at least two new women. According to Breathecast, Kody has in mind marrying family friend Amber and Robyn's step niece, Mindy Jessop. Both are already familiar with the family, as Amber is a long-time family friend, while Mindy has already appeared in a previous season as babysitter to all 18 children.
