'Sister Wives' season 7: Janelle and Meri to leave Kody and the series?

"Sister Wives" is a show that, for several seasons, has chronicled the lives of Kody Brown and his sister wives, as they show the audiences what it's like to be committed to a polygamous relationship. However, rumors are now suggesting that the family might soon crumble, with a couple of sister wives reportedly quitting the show and leaving Kody.

According to Design&Trend, Janelle, Kody's second spiritual wife is rumored to leave the polygamist family and pursue her career in real estate. This does not make it Janelle's first time to leave the big family as she already wrote in her book, "Becoming Sister Wives," that she had already stopped being one of Kody's spiritual wife, after going through depression and having a serious fight with, Meri, her sister wife.

Meri was caught in a "catfish" controversy last year, in which she confirmed that she had an online affair with some guy named Samuel, who was eventually revealed to be a woman posing as a man to get information from the reality TV actress.

However, a guy claiming to be the mystery man wrote in a blog, stating that he did not catfish Meri and that he is truly a man and not a "catfishing" woman.

"I did not catfish her. I am not a catfish. And I am a guy named Samuel," the post reads.

Samuel even professed his love for Meri. "I loved her. I really, really loved this woman with all of my heart. What we had was a very deep and strong connection."

"What you will see on the next episode is her saying we never met, she will claim I sent her fake photos, she will say we did not have sex, and she will say that I deceived her," Samuel added.

Since coming clean about the affair, Meri has been speculated to be leaving the show, since it is also assumed by many that the patriarch will soon devote his time to legal wife, Robyn, and their new baby.

Whether or not sister wives Janelle or Meri will leave Kody and the show for good remains to be seen, but fans will find out once the TLC hit reality series returns.

At this point, an exact release date for "Sister Wives" season 7 has yet to be announced.
