Two weeks after splitting from Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick is attempting to move on as he announced via Instagram on Monday, July 20, his upcoming appearance at a Las Vegas club.

"Headed to Vegas this Friday — enter to win a trip and meet me at @1OAKLV," he wrote.

However, the 32-year-old father of three immediately took the post down after receiving backlash on social media. His followers did not waste any time to comment on his behavior, and many reminded him to change his ways and take care of his health and family.

"Go home and be with your family…your babies need you," urged one of his fans on Twitter.

One advised him to "get a real job" while another asked, "If you have a drinking problem then why do you keep doing these appearances?"

Another Twitter user acknowledged that Disick makes a living by doing club appearances "but you have got to put your health and family first. Please get some help!"

Us Weekly reports that Disick's club appearance at 1OAK was a postponed event, as it was originally scheduled to take place on July 10.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Kardashian has consulted a lawyer to get custody of their three children. The website claims that the 36-year-old reality TV star went to a Century Office building filled with lawyers on Monday. The site speculates that she was meeting with famed Hollywood divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

Although Kardashian and Disick never married, they are parents to Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 7 months old, and they are expected to settle custody of the children and work out a financial settlement, according to TMZ's report.

Kardashian split from Disick after pictures of him getting cozy with his ex, Chloe Bartoli, surfaced earlier this month. They were together for nine years. The pair briefly split in 2010 reportedly due to Disick's problems with drinking.
