Rebecca St James gets to the bottom of what men are thinking

Rebecca St James has just launched a new book to help women unravel the mystery of men.

The Grammy Award winning singer has dedicated much of her career to championing the message of purity and holiness.

In "What Is He Thinking??", she turns her attention to encouraging and supporting single women as they navigate the sometimes confusing and bemusing world of dating, love and marriage.

She lifts the lid on 'guy speak' and gets to the bottom of what they really mean.

"The book centres around all the things I wanted to ask guys over the years, and never thought I could," notes the Australian-born singer who traded her own long standing search for "Mr Right" in for a "Mrs" title this past April with her marriage.

St James notes that dating trends have changed from "going out" to "hanging out" at the local coffee joint, from formal date to an organic, friendship based approach.

She maintains that guys with respectful intentions consider "modesty" important - and even "hot" - and that although outside appearance is very important in the visually driven male mind, if there is no personality, depth, or intrigue beyond looks guys will quickly become disinterested.

"This is a stereotype-breaking book," she says. "One that will bring a lot of hope and encouragement to single women."
