"Pretty Little Liars" season 7B will be the final run of the show as the current season has been confirmed to be the last. When the second half of the series premieres next year, fans may be surprised to see Vanessa Ray coming back to portray the villainous Charlotte DiLaurentis one more time.

Given how the character was killed off, it is unlikely that she will be coming back as a living character. Instead, she may continue the trend showcased before where she only pops in a few episodes during flashback sequences.

Speaking to US Magazine, Ray confirmed that she still watched the show despite her character being killed off in the premiere of season 6's second half. She then stated that fans may see her in the final 10 episodes of the show.

"I have been keeping up with the show, and you might see my face soon. I love getting to be around that crew and the lovely cast," she stated before expressing gratitude to showrunner I. Marlene King. "I feel like she put me on the map single-handedly," the actress said.

When asked about who the successor of A might be, she says that it might be Aria (Lucy Hale), saying that at the beginning of the show, Aria was the one that had the most to lose and the one who was harmed most by the former A's actions. This may have caused Aria to take action and exact revenge.

The actress also stated that she hoped the series would end with an explosive finale and that the girls could walk out of the series alive and on the top of their game. Given the nature of the show, however, fans speculate that "Pretty Little Liars" is going to end with a bittersweet finale, with one or more of the main characters getting killed off.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 7B is scheduled to premiere in April 2017.
