Only a few days left in October, which means PlayStation Plus subscribers have something to look forward to in the coming days. As the month wraps up, Sony is expected to announce the new free games lineup for November. Unfortunately, PS Plus members have no clue which games will make it to the free games catalogue as Sony has yet to make the confirmation.

As reported by Daily Star, the November 2017 free games list for the PlayStation Plus catalogue may be revealed a bit late. The main reason behind Sony's later-than-usual announcement is the ongoing Paris Games Week in France. For now, PS Plus subscribers cannot help but speculate about the new lineup of games to arrive next month. The leading contender for the PS Plus free title this November is "Heavy Rain" remastered edition, a game published by Sony.

It seems fitting that Sony will highlight their very own game to arrive in PS Plus November 2017 catalogue at the Paris Games Week. With this, "Heavy Rain" has a good chance of being included in next month's lineup, not to mention that the game is both a critical and commercial success upon its release in 2010.

Meanwhile, there are speculations that the November 2017 lineup will be similar with the previous ones for not featuring an AAA game title. To note, the September 2017 list has "Infamous Second Son" and "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain," which are considered small titles. Depending on Sony's hectic schedule to introduce a big game title in PS Plus, the subscribers are more likely to get another short video game such as "The Order: 1886."

Sony is now expected to announce the PS Plus November 2017 free games list on Wednesday, Nov. 1. People at Reddit argue that Sony usually makes the announcement on a Tuesday, but this time will be different due to the company unveiling seven new game titles at the Paris Games Week.

With two days remaining in October, PlayStation Plus members can still get "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" and "Amnesia Collection," which are all playable in PlayStation 4 console, Express reported.
