In the next episode of "Outlander," Claire Fraser (Caitriona Balfe) struggles to survive on a remote island and at the same time, prepares to look for her husband Jamie (Sam Heughan).
The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Unchartered" was released just recently and showed Claire clinging on to a couple of floating barrels heading to the shore of a remote island. She is unconscious from the journey at sea but fortunately is found by an English island dweller and taken to his shed. "She's awake!" the islander says to himself. Claire finds herself lying on a strange bed and asks her caretaker where she is. He replies that they are on an island near the port of Jamaica. Claire soon realizes that she needs to find Jamie before he reaches Jamaica otherwise he will be hanged upon arrival. "If I don't make it to Jamaica, I may lose my husband forever," Claire says to the generous host.
Meanwhile, Jamie seems to have escaped from the ship and made his way to an island. He is accompanied by a number of men who are loyal to him. It appears that he may have avoided possible capture at the port of Jamaica and execution. However, now he has to find a way to get to Jamaica to look for Claire who has the same problems. It remains to be seen if they will be reunited in the unfamiliar country.
In the last episode, Claire took a leap of faith and jumped into the sea to escape from her English captors. At first, she did not want to do it but the wife of a crew member convinced her to jump because if she did not, Jamie would be executed upon arrival in Jamaica.
"Outlander" season 3 episode 11 will air on Sunday, Nov. 26, at 9 p.m. EST on Starz.
