"Mob Wives" regular Big Ang's fight against cancer has worsened as her condition reportedly does not respond to her current treatment.

The reality TV star, whose real name is Angela Raiola, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 brain and lung cancer. On Tuesday, Big Ang's sister, Janine Detore, set up a fundraising page at GoFundMe to come up with the money needed for her sister's cannabis oil treatment.

Detore announced that Big Ang started her chemotherapy on Jan. 5, but the doctor told her that the treatment was not working.

"On January 26th the doctor reviewed her CT scan and informed us that the treatment was not working, and in fact one tumor grew larger and the other tumors had no change," Detore wrote on the fundraising page.

Big Ang reportedly experienced labored breathing and was in pain that her sister suggested that she should receive an alternative treatment, which is cannabis oil.

"This is why I am putting up this go fund me to try to help my sister to get this oil to help her at least be pain free. Angela cannot function to work anymore. I'm not sure that it will work but I'm praying," Detore also said.

At the time of this writing, the account has raised over $40,000, which is way more than Detore's goal of $25,000.

Meanwhile, the previous episode of "Mob Wives" season 6 brought in some tension among the cast, particularly with new arrivals Brittany Fogarty and Marissa Jade. The ladies, Big Ang, Carla Facciolo, Renee Graziano, and Karen Gravano, were gathered together to talk about families and even Gravano's boyfriend, Storm.

Then Fogarty walked in to join the ladies, but the get-together turned sour when Big Ang revealed some gossip from Jade about how she's doubting where Fogarty's loyalty lies — with Drita D'Avanzo or Gravano.

Things got out of hand when Big Ang organized for the two girls to sit down and talk things out. Instead of hoping for them to patch things up, Fogarty ended up taking a swing at Jade. What happens next?

Viewers can catch more of Big Ang and the drama between Jade and Fogarty on "Mob Wives" season 6, which airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on VH1.
