Just weeks after being spotted with a huge engagement ring, actress Mila Kunis is rumored to be pregnant with her first child with boyfriend/fiancé Ashton Kutcher.

The "Black Swan" actress was spotted wearing loose-fitted clothing, including a baggy shirt that covered her midsection.

Kunis and Kutcher were photographed hand in hand and high-fiving each other during a lunch date at an outdoor café in Beverly Hills. The baggy attire appeared to be hiding her rumored baby bump.

The 30-year-old actress was spotted with a diamond engagement ring on her left hand for the first time on Feb. 27.

The actress debuted her ring during a casual day out with her mother.

In pictures captured by photographers, the diamond looks to be fairly big and simple.

NYC Jeweler Shari Fabrikant told Hollywood Life: "If ring is F VS1 could run app $250,000 and up."

The newly engagement couple had kept their dating life private, and have not yet officially announced their rumored engagement.

Kunis and Kutcher previously co-starred on the "That 70s Show" in 2000. The actress will soon be guest-starring in Kutcher's "Two and a Half Men" sitcom. A press release stated that the actress will play Vivian, a "young, beautiful, free-spirited world traveller who shows up on Walden's doorstep. Walden feels an instant connection with her, convinced she's "the one." The problem is, Walden was about to propose to someone else.'
