"The Little Duck Wife" Mary Kate Robertson is busy juggling college life and marriage to John Luke Robertson of "Duck Dynasty," and it is enough to make any 18-year-old feel overwhelmed.

Thankfully, the Christian reality star has God on her side. Whenever she feels discouraged, she turns to the Bible to find encouragement and clarity. These are the things she found when she read up on Philippians chapter 4 one night, and she was so inspired by its message that she decided to share it on her Instagram page (@marykaterob).

"Feeling so encouraged by the words in Philippians chapter 4 tonight, so I thought I would share... to anyone who may be feeling stressed and overwhelmed, or dealing with anxiety—God did not create us to live that way," she writes. "We are created in His image, and He is not fearful of anything... He is courageous. He doesn't want us to be anxious and worried....instead He says 'Bring it to Me. Whatever you've got going on, I am big enough to handle.'"

Mary Kate adds, "He is I am! Whatever you are needing or lacking, just tell Him and He says, 'I am!' For me I need peace, and I know that He IS the Prince of Peace! Or when I tell Him, 'God, I am just not good enough.' He says, 'I know, but I am.' So I will come before Him thankfully and prayerfully and submit my requests. Praise the Lord!"

The young girl's post inspired thousands of others, who thanked Mary Kate for sharing an "amazing post" that came at an opportune time.

"I'm no longer a slave to fear. I am a child of God," one fan comments on her photo. Another says, "Thanks for the inspiration to be more deliberate and dedicated with my quiet time!"
